CW39: As the temperature rises, families across Texas will spend more time around water, whether boating, splashing or swimming.
It's important to remember to be safe. Last year, the Texas Department of of Family & Protective Services reported 75 child drownings in the state. There has already been 25 cases in 2016.

Houston Swim Club (HSC) joined forces with Al Garza's Premier Martial Arts to promote health and safety in the community during a recent event in League City. HSC teamed up to participate in their annual "Health and Safety Day", which featured a variety of presentations and workshops focused on keeping kids safe.
HSC visited Little STEM Academy to spread the message of water safety to their students.
