We recently held a meeting with all 200+ of our awesome employees to talk about why we do what we do. Really, it was all about how we can better serve you... the families and friends who entrust us with the care of their children each and every day!
During the meeting, we had a special group of people come up to the stage. Each and every person in this photo grew up swimming either in our lesson program or on our summer swim team. Having these “homegrown kiddos” come back and join our team as employees means the world to us. Not saying we’re amazing...but feel free to send your kids to us for their first job.
