FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
Tuition
must be paid at the time lessons are scheduled. HSC will pro-rate lessons
when you start late in a session. Once enrolled in lessons, tuition must
be paid by the 21st of the previous month in order to remain
enrolled in same classes. (E.g. February payment must be received by
January 21st.) Failure to pay on time can result in a late fee
or your child being dropped from the class roster. We do not guarantee an
exact number of classes per session. The number of classes in a session
will vary depending upon the day you choose to attend.
HSC
does not issue refunds.
Any
lesson missed will need to be made up in a designated make-up lesson. To
receive make-ups, lessons must be cancelled in advance – not just
missed. There is a $5.00 fee to schedule a make-up. In the event that more
than four lessons are missed during a session due to extenuating
circumstances, HSC’s Directors will review each situation on an
individual basis. In order for our staff to be with their families, we
will be taking all legal holidays. These days will NOT be made up.
As
a courtesy, please give a two-week notice if you will not be swimming in
the next session. Cancellation fees apply if classes are canceled within
72 hours of the beginning of each new session.
