Adult Lessons
  1. Adult lessons are offered at the Sharpstown location on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30 to 8:30pm.
  2. The Katy location also offers adult lessons on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 to 8:30pm and on Saturday at 8 to 9am.
  3. The new Pearland location is also offering adult lessons on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30 to 8:30pm.
Water Aerobics
  1. Sugar Land: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45 to 8:30pm
  2. Katy: Mondays from 7:30-8:15pm
  3. Pearland: Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45 to 8:45pm. Saturday (Water Pilates) from 8 to 8:45am.
